Focusing on YOUR FRAME (Healthy muscles, Bones, and Joints) Our frame is the foundation for every kind of fitness.  It's the anchor for all our muscles, the structural support for all movement. This program will help you to build strength, suppleness and flexibility, for maintaining range of motion and stretching, for a strong core and back with a flatter midsection.
